Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: Do you attend any fairs?
A: Each year, we attend at least one global professional fair, such as Hong Kong International Products Exhibition, Shanghai International Stainless Steel Exhibition, Guangzhou International Stainless Steel Industry Exhibitionand so onetc.
Q: Could you print our company logo or information on the tubes plastic bag and the outside package also?Is there extra cost for it?
A:We can follow customer’s request to print your own information plastic bag for quantity at least 1 container(10 tons),and we won’t charge the extra cost.
Q: Can you produce according to the samples??
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ for normal products. But for the new design products which need to make the new mould, the MOQ would be up to 500-1000pcs.
Q: Can I get the samples for free? What is the lead time for the samples?
A: We can offer free samples for the new idea of regular customers. For new customers,we need sample charge, but we can return the charge once you place any orders. So, basically the samples are free.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q: How and when can I get a quotation?
